Guarantee of Quality
Every KIVA product comes with our guarantee that it will
be free from material and manufacturing defects for the
life of the product. If such a defect should appear, we
will repair or replace the product (at our option) free
of charge. Please call our Customer Service Department for
prior authorization (1-800-645-8818). This guarantee does
not cover damage caused by an airline or other common carrier.
If such damage occurs in transit, we recommend that the
consumer file a claim immediately with the responsible carrier.
